REGISTER OF REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES OF FOREIGN ENTREPRENEURS

Establishing a representative office  requires an entry in the register of representative offices of foreign entrepreneus, which is maintained by the Minister responsible for economic affairs.

In accordance with the Act of 2 July 2004 on freedom of economic activity, foreign entrepreneurs may create representative offices in the territory of the Republic of Poland.  Entry in the register of representative offices of foreign companies by the Minister competent for the economy, on the basis of the application submitted and in accordance with its contents.  On the websites of the Ministry of Development there is information on:

  •  completion of the application for entry in the register of representative offices of foreign entrepreneurs
  • required documents
  • stamp duty for an entry
  • change of entry in the register/register of representative offices of foreign entrepreneurs
  • deletion from the register/register of representative offices of foreign entrepreneurs
  • methods of submitting documents and obtaining certificates on entry (changes in the entry)
