Descriptions of official services and ready-made forms are available on the website. In the biznes.gov.pl contact point you can arrange over 300 different types of online services. With the help of the portal, you can submit applications to state institutions electronically, as well as settle your business matters via the Internet. The portal combines many services and functions not only for entrepreneurs, but also for the state administration. Entrepreneurs will find here detailed information on the binding legal regulations, required procedures and formalities related to establishing and running a business in Poland and throughout the European Union. The portal also serves as a search engine for contact details of all institutions providing services to entrepreneurs.
One of the most important functionalities of the service is the Entrepreneur Help Centre biznes.gov.pl. It is an information point for entrepreneurs and administration in the field of conducting business activity. The Centre provides services to the users of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) and the biznes.gov.pl service. Help center consultants answer questions using various communication channels: telephone, live chat, automatically by a virtual clerk or contact form. The helpdesk is also adapted to handle deaf people. All information, as well as electronic services are available in Polish and English.
Electronic Platform for Public Administration Services (ePUAP)
Polish nationwide platform was created for communication between citizens and public administration units in a unified and standardized way. The service providers are public administration units and public institutions (in particular entities performing tasks commissioned by the state). The participants of ePUAP include both central administration units and local governments, including municipal offices.
Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG)
It is used, among others, to register the activity of natural persons, change company data, report suspension and resumption of activity as well as to de-register the activity. It is a source of up-to-date information on companies and allows you to download a certificate of entry into the register.
Portal of the Ministry of Justice eMS
It enables electronic registration of companies in the National Court Register, searching for a debtor, obtaining up-to-date information on entities registered in the National Court Register and a certificate of entry into the register. It also makes it possible to obtain a certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register by electronic means.
Tax Portal and eDeklaracje
Services of the Ministry of Finance enable contact with the tax administration by electronic means, including, among others, submission of tax returns and JPK files. You can also check the status of a VAT payer and report a power of attorney for tax matters on the portal. Calculators (PIT, VAT, default interest on tax arrears and extension fee, statutory interest, salaries) are also useful tools.
ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS)
On the portal you can, among other things, report your employee to the insurance scheme, handle settlements, apply for a certificate of no arrears in the payment of social security contributions.
