What you should know and who can use this service
If you employ the disabled in your company, you can apply for the status of supported-employment enterprise. This status entitles you to exemptions from taxes and charges. However, before you receive the status of supported-employment enterprise you must meet several conditions. One of them is the notification of facilities (e.g. office building, factory) and the premises used by your undertaking to the labour inspectorate, competent for the registered office of your company. The inspector will check whether the facilities and rooms in your establishment meet the legal requirements, health and safety regulations and whether they take into account the needs of people with disabilities.

Inspector verifies your application and conducts audit in your enterprise
Your application will be submitted to the labour inspector who will check it. Within 30 days from the submission of application, the inspector will check in your workplace facilities and premises. Please note that you will not receive advance notice of checks. When applying you are ready for inspection.
During the inspection, the inspector will check the facilities and facilities for their operations. The premises and facilities must meet the requirements of health and safety at work and take account of the needs of people with disabilities.
The inspector during control will expect you to present:
- list operated facilities and premises,
- list of disabled workers, including the degree of their disability and symbol of causes of disability, the date of employment and type of post on which they are employed.
The labour inspector, by carrying out checks in your company takes into account the type and degree of disability of persons actually employed.
After the inspection, the inspector will provide you with the audit report for signature.

If you meet all the requirements regarding the premises and facilities in an enterprise, the inspector can issue a positive decision on the spot. If your case requires further analysis, you will receive a decision later. If you do not meet the legal requirements for premises and facilities, the labour inspector will issue a negative decision.

Your case will be settled within one month. This period may be extended to two months, subject to notification by the official.
How can you appeal
If you do not agree with the decision of inspector, you may appeal. Submit appeal to the district labour inspector. You have 14 days from the day of the receipt of the decision.
