Statistics on the labour market

Entities employing persons are required to draw up statistics on the labour market.

Depending on the number of employees, the following reports apply:

Area: Employment in national economy

• Report on employment and remuneration Z-03

• Report on employment, remuneration and working time Z-06

The above includes:

Entities conducting business activity:

- hiring 50 employees or more - full monthly and annual survey

- hiring 10 to 49 employees - sample monthly survey (10% of units) and full annual survey

- hiring no more than 9 employees - sample annual full survey (report SP-3, 5% of units)

- all other persons - quarterly and annual full surveys

Reports are submitted in electronic form through the GUS (Central Statistical Office) reporting platform or in paper form (entities hiring up to 5 people) sent to the address of the Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz using forms provided on the website: http://form.stat.gov.pl/formularze/2013/index.htm

Area: Demand for labour

· Survey on the demand for labour Z-05

Applies to the national economy entities hiring 1 or more employees.

The survey is conducted using a sample method on a group of 18% of selected units, carried out on a quarterly basis.

The report is submitted in electronic form through the GUS (Central Statistical Office) reporting platform or in paper form (entities hiring up to 5 people) sent to the address of the Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz using forms available on the website: http://form.stat.gov.pl/formularze/2013/index.htm

Area: Working conditions

• Report on the working conditions Z-10

This report applies to entities in the national economy employing 10 persons or more.

The survey is full and conducted annually.

The report is submitted electronically through the GUS (Central Statistical Office) platform.

Area: Accidents at work

• Statistical accident card Z-KW

The above applies to all entrepreneurs.

The report follows the approval of the protocol of each accident or the drawing of an accident card:

- part I of the card, not later than after 14 working days,

- part II of the card, not later than after 6 months.

The report is submitted in electronic form through the GUS (Central Statistical Office) reporting platform or in paper form (entities hiring up to 5 people) sent to the address of the Statistical Office in Gdańsk using forms available on the website: http://form.stat.gov.pl/formularze/2013/index.htm

Area: Strikes and collective disputes

• Statistical strike card Z-KS

The above applies to all entities suffering a strike or a collective dispute.

The card is submitted not later than 3 days after the end of the strike.
