Payers of contributions of not more than 5 persons may submit documents to the Social Insurance Office in form of a written document or in form of a printout from the software. As a result, they can submit such forms as: billing statements, monthly personal reports, documents necessary for the conduct of the insured accounts, registration and deregistration of the insured and correction of these documents.
This also applies to those entrepreneurs who in one of the following months, as result of downsizing, have been obliged to settle the contributions for less than 6 people.
