People with severe disability (former disability group I) have the right to:
- 49% discount for journeys on PKP trains - only in second class of passenger trains,
- 37% discount on fast trains, express trains, IC and EC
- 49% for journeys on PKS coaches in regular communication based on single ticket fares,
- 37% discount on fast and speed PKS coaches, based on single ticket fares,
- 95% discount for travel on PKP trains and PKS buses for the accompanying guardian during the trip (based on one of the documents of the ward and single tickets), whereas the guardian must be of legal age (over 18 years), and in the case of a blind person, must be over 13 years old.
- a parking card confirming entitlement not to apply to certain road signs (signs listed in Article 33 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy and the Minister of the Interior and Administration, dated June 21st, 1999 on road signs and signals - Journal of Laws No. 58 of 1999, item 622),
List of signs: no vehicles in both directions (B-1), no motor vehicles, except single-track vehicles (B-3), no buses (B-3a), no motorcycles (B-4), no mopeds (B-10), no waiting (B-35), no waiting on odd days (B-37), no waiting on even days (B-38), restricted waiting zone (B-39). - discount tickets to museums,
- free services of mail, parcel and money order delivery, directly to the home (demand for this service should be filed at the post office, relevant to the place of residence), moreover, post offices must have separate service points for the disabled and customized mail boxes to their needs.
People with moderate disabilities (formerly disability Group II) have a right to:
- a parking card confirming entitlement not to apply to certain road signs
- 48% discount for the journeys on municipal public transport in Warsaw (rounded to full PLN 0.05).
