Product Contact Point in Poland

Do you want to place your goods on the market in an EU Member State – start selling your goods on the Polish market? Remember that such goods must comply with specific requirements laid down in the regulations.

Read the relevant information published on and if you have not found the answers to your questions, contact the Product Contact Point (PCP) by sending this form to the e-mail address:

You will receive an answer within 15 working days.

The PCP will provide you with information on the regulations and the Polish administrative procedures applicable to your goods (or a group of goods), or it will help you identify the body competent for such goods.

Information provided by the PCP is free of charge.

If you want to obtain information on how to market goods in another Member State, you can check the address of the Product Contact Point in the relevant country on the website of the European Commission.
