What you should know and who can use this service
The controller (data processor) who appoints the Data Protection Officer is e.g.:
- a natural or legal person
- a public authority or other entity that processes personal data - e.g. a doctor's surgery, an insurance company
The notification of the appointment of the Data Protection Officer shall indicate, inter alia, the address.
If the data change, the controller or processor must inform the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (DPA). He/she has 14 days from the day on which the changes took place.
